Our technical specialists are factory trained and have 50+ combined years of experience. We cross train our technical team on all our products to ensure your CNC systems are maintained to factory specifications. We provide on-site visits as well as remote services so your CNC systems are up and running with minimal interruption.
When you call for service, our service representative will first try to resolve the problem over the phone to minimize downtime. If the problem can’t be resolved immediately, a technician is dispatched. If you leave a voice mail, your call will be returned within 15 to 30 minutes.
Our emergency service calls have a one hour response time.
Some service calls may require coordination with other departments or services such as IT support. Where extended time is needed, we keep you informed every step of the way and can usually provide a loaner unit until the problem is resolved.
