THE CNC TOTAL SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you are not totally satisfied with any equipment acquired by you from CNC Office Systems, CNC will, at your request, replace it without charge with an identical model or, at the option of CNC, with a machine with comparable features and capabilities. This guarantee will be in effect for 5 years following the Equipment delivery, unless the equipment is financed by CNC for more than 5 years, in which event it will be effective during the entire term of CNC financing. This guarantee applies only to equipment which has been continuously maintained by CNC under a CNC Performance Plan, and is specified and signed by an officer of the company.
